PR applicants who applied under the recently launched TR to PR pathway will be eligible for a new open work permit effective July 26, 2021. This one-time work permit will be valid until Dec 31, 2022.
An applicantโs spouse or common-law partner and dependent children 18 years or older may also be eligible to apply for an open work permit under this policy.
