After identifying a suitable Canadian business, the next step would be apply for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) along with a business plan and obtain a positive LMIA. This is then followed by applications for work permits for themselves and their spouse; and study permits for the children.
After their arrival in Canada, they can apply for Permanent Residence under a Federal Program or Provincial Program.
The process, though extensive, can be successfully completed within six months with the support of a skilled immigration consultant who can assist with the LMIA and other required immigration formalities.
