Decline in Canadian Study Permit Approvals

September 27, 2022

Data shows that Study Permit approvals from the Delhi IRCC office have diminished significantly to 27.20% during the first six months of 2022. The overall global study permit approval rate is 48.79% this year 2022.

A more robust application is required when reapplying for the permit since if it is refused again unreasonably, you can apply for Judicial Review (JR) to reverse the decision. It is important to cover all aspects when reapplying after a visa refusal so that we can prove to the Federal Court that the decision was not fair or reasonable, or that there was an error during the assessment.

If you are a student with a refused Canadian study permit application or an educational consultant who needs help with their students’ refused study permits, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by email at info@alexanderimmigration.ca or by webform at www.alexanderimmigration.ca
